DLSU Green Archers Fan

I've been supporting our basketball team, the DLSU Green Archers, since first year college. And even if it has been years since I graduated, I still make it a point to watch their games live. There was even a season when my friends and I were able to complete the entire elimination round (a total of 14 games) just to show our support.

Last Saturday was my first time to watch a live game for this season. I know it was already midway of first round, which normally doesn't happen to us, but I was still working out my schedule for the past weekends. But I'm pretty sure that we will be watching more games after this. Nothing beats watching the game live and cheering the players along with other people.

top P199.75 - Surplus (SM)
shorts P350.00 (discounted) - Next Jeans
shoes P399.75 for 2 pairs - Solemate
necklace P99.00 - Forever 21
bag P990.00 (discounted) - E.G.G.

This was the outfit that I wore that day. Actually, I only bought the top few hours before the game. I brought a different outfit for this game when I went back to Manila. Unfortunately, I was not able to bring the inner dress for that one so I can't wear it. Good thing I check Surplus and saw this Rock star green top. Not bad for the price right?

I worked on the detail of the shirt in coming up with this entire outfit. I threw in gold accessories and shoes to match the rock star lettering, and the bag for the red star. But the important thing in the outfit is comfort. Since the venue is MOA Arena, which for a commuter like me involves a lot of walking, I need to be able to move fast and comfortably given my clothes. And I'm happy this ensemble did the job.

I'm thinking of sharing UAAP inspired outfits for my future posts. Though I think I might share something that is more appropriate for work. So I hope you look forward to that.

Aaaand it is Monday again! How did you spend your weekend? Have a great day ahead!
